“Measure twice, cut once.” The goal of our construction art is to faithfully deliver our client’s design in the built environment. A successful outcome begins with an accurate and detailed set of drawings. Based upon decades of experience of sign and sign program design/build work, we carefully illustrate every aspect of the construction methods and materials for a successful build and install.
An important aspect of aspect our drawings is the inclusion of color and finish schedules frequently accompanied by color, material and texture samples. It is our intention to include the finished appearance as part in every aspect of our work. The quality of workmanship and materials we put in every project is backed by our 5-Year Warranty on labor and materials.
We collaborate with certified structural engineers from coast to coast when certified structural engineering will be required for a successful build and installation. Well designed structural engineering solutions answer the challenges presented by the natural forces such as wind load, gravity and earthquake. Certified structural engineering, when required, are incorporated in to our design/build approach.
Blair Sign Programs designs, builds and installs signs and sign programs from coast to coast plus Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. Our designers and project specifiers design across all construction types, methods and materials. We build each sign, or sign program, with integrity and are faithful to the design intentions of each project.

Once a project is fabricated and installed, we confirm completion with an inspection report, completion photos, as-built drawings and a project specific copy of our 5-Year Warranty.
We recognize each sign, and sign program, as unique; and believe every project should include two key elements; aesthetics and sustainability. We begin our design work with this approach and an understanding that these two important ingredients are not mutually exclusive to an affordable build.
In support of our design work, we have developed a deep inventory of sustainable sign specifications that allows us to design, without compromise, and deliver authentic work that meet aesthetic and green requirements at very competitive costs. Our work may be documented as LEED relevant, Title 24 and UL/EV compliant.
